Frequently Asked Questions

Quotation Process:

  1. Our sales team first connects with the customer to gather detailed information about their specific needs.
  2. These details are then shared with our engineering department for a thorough evaluation.
  3. Based on the evaluation, we prepare and send a tailored quotation to the customer within the agreed timeline.

Prototyping Process:

  1. Our sales team works closely with the customer to confirm all prototype details, including unit price, drawings, sample quantities, and fees.
  2. Once the customer approves the drawings, we send them to the engineering department to generate a new sample material number.
  3. After receiving the material number, the sales team places the order in the Golden Disk system and tracks the sample’s delivery.
  4. Once the sample passes internal testing, we send it to the customer and follow up on their feedback.

The lead time for prototyping usually depends on the degree of customization required for the product.

Lead time for non-standard fastener products
Existing molds available: 7-10 days. No existing molds: 15-20 days. If molds are available for shared use: 7-10 days.

Lead time for CNC turning products
5-7 days.

Lead time for non-standard stamping products

No existing molds: 15-20 days.
If molds are available for shared use: 5-7 days.

These are typical lead times, but in special cases, the timing can be adjusted based on the specific product and through further communication with us.

Yes, we can handle DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) transactions. Typically, the transaction terms we offer include EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU, and DDP, among others. The choice of terms depends entirely on the customer’s requirements.

Some of the products in the picture are from past production and stock, for specific product information, samples, and drawings, please contact us for further inquiries.

We offer R&D and manufacturing of precision fasteners, as well as solutions for various installation and application scenarios. Additionally, we provide value-added services such as quality performance testing and PPAP documentation.

We can provide product samples. For items in stock, samples are available free of charge, while custom products require a sampling fee.
As a non-standard custom manufacturer, we do not have a catalog of standard parts. You can provide drawings or application requirements, and we will evaluate them to offer a quotation or sampling solution.

Please provide your email or WhatsApp, and we can send detailed information about our company, including our history, factory scale, equipment list, production capabilities, and testing laboratory.

Screws are commonly made from carbon steel (alloy steel), stainless steel, copper, and aluminum. Each material has distinct properties:

  • Carbon Steel (Alloy Steel): This is the most commonly used material and includes low carbon steel, medium carbon steel, and alloy steel. Common performance-grade screws made from this material include grades 8.8, 9.8, 10.9, and 12.9.
  • Stainless Steel: Stainless steel is widely used in corrosive and rust-resistant environments due to its high corrosion resistance, enhanced by the large amounts of chromium (Cr) and nickel (Ni) in its composition. Common grades include SUS302HQ, SUS303, SUS304, SUS316, SUS410, and SUS430.
  • Copper: Copper is known for its corrosion resistance and good heat and electrical conductivity. It is non-magnetic. The commonly used types are brass and red copper, with grades like C2700W, H68, H70, and C1100W.
  • Aluminum: Compared to other materials, aluminum is lightweight, non-magnetic, and has excellent corrosion resistance. Common grades include A5056W and 6061.

Common forming processes include cold heading (single mold, multi-station, etc.), cold heading + turning, and molding.
Different screws have different structures and requirements, so the forming process and the machinery used in production vary.
As a professional manufacturer and custom supplier, we can provide specific analysis based on drawings or samples to assess the exact structure and dimensional tolerances.
